Beef Pre Sale for 2024

We are excited to host you!

We can't wait for our first every beef pre sale event on October 29th!

This event is hosted in partnership with Delmonico's Heritage Butcher Shop, a local friendly staple for high quality cuts and processing.

Come see the difference local, family-owned farming makes for your beef. You can see how and where your beef is raised, and meet the farmers. For those purchasing a cow or a portion of a cow, you can choose your cow and reserve your beef for the Spring right then and there.
